I have always received a warm welcome and there is a lovely atmosphere created by the staff. In particular Rhian has been wonderful…she listens and advices with genuine care and attention. Her skills are outstanding and I have always loved my haircuts. I now call it my happy hair do day !!!

Always made to feel so welcome by everyone, even when busy. My stylist is such a nice grounded authentic person, chatty but not intrusive. Always, leave looking well styled, and healthy shine.

I was torn between a few short hair looks and Peggy helped me go over which one would look best on me while still putting importance on the elements that I liked from each picture. Peggy was such a joy to talk to as well, and the finished product was so neat, cute and what I envisioned. Other than that, the salon was very clean, smelled great and the staff were all very friendly :)

Happy cried. After a disaster haircut from a so-called award winning hairdressers in rural highland town, I was so angry I vowed never to have my hair cut ever again and I'd just wear hats or tie my hair back till it grew out. Soon after this traumatic incident I developed Alopecia. Not only did I have a horrific hair cut but it started falling out and bald patches grew. I have fine hair and loads of it so its always been super think, full of volume, low maintenance but always looked lush. Then it felt like half my hair was gone, greasy, flat, soulless. I was so close to just shaving my hair off and starting again but thankfully having supporting people around me, I looked into hairdressers in the city. I grew up and lived in city half my life am miss the quality from such competitive environment. I felt a little confident seeking help from a good reputation hairdressers. Explaining my situation to the Tony&Guy booking system, they reassured me I'd be looked after. I arrived to my apartment with my partner and support dog, I was that anxious. The moment we all walked in we were all well looked after including our dog! Everyone in the salon was welcoming, friendly and all round brilliant. I was comforted whilst having my hair washed and began to relax whilst chatting to Sophie. She then got me seated for Rhann to cut my hair. We talked through ideas and how to make the most of what hair I have and how to keep the Alopecia patches covered. We chatted and I relaxed but was visibly anxious still. Rhann was sensitive, sympathetic and compassionate towards me whilst talking though each step of the cut to make sure I was happy with what was happening. By the end of the cut, after gently styling my hair I was blown away! I went in with depressing ugly hair and came away looking and feeling like a glamorous queen. I couldn't stop looking and touching my hair. A week laster, even wind swept after walking my dog, sweaty from the gym, bed hair, I have a stunning, whimsy, pretty haircut no matter what I do to it. I am so thankful, greatful and happy crying whilst I write this. Thank you everyone in the salon but a very special, emotional, from the heart thank you to Rhann x

I am always very nervous about going to hair salons but I was made to feel at ease with welcoming smiles and a cup of tea. Rhian listened to what I was wanting done and made suggestions as to what would work best. I came away feeling fabulous having had a blissful head massage from Sophie and an amazing haircut from Rhian.
